Unity by Hard Rock was taking its loyalty rewards program global. Now members could earn and redeem points from around the world like never before.

Insight: Nothing transcends language and culture like great food and killer entertainment.

Big Idea: Tell the world using a music video set in beautiful Hard Rock Cafe locations, with global stars performing to an original cover of the Beatles’ hit “Come Together.”

The Talent



To spread the news and reward members for joining or using Unity by Hard Rock, we created specialized content and giveaway experiences featuring John Legend, Lionel Messi, Shakira, and Noah Kahan.

Exclusive Content

Our team wanted to reward audiences for engaging. So using behind-the-scenes footage, I scripted out intimate interviews of our celebs, giving folks a peek behind the VIP curtain.





Social

Alongside our star studded content, we posted on social showing off the activities and stays in the world’s coolest locations.





RESULTS: We watched more than 200K people join our experiences, a 2.5X increase in web content engagement, and a 20% increase in cross-line-of-business revenue.
